We rely on Datasafe to pick-up confidential information for shredding as well as for record retention. They can schedule their pick-ups on a regular basis if needed and are easy to work with. Their prices have been competitive compared to competitors such as Iron Mountain, it's just their convenient location was more suitable for us.
