my company is located in the south bay thus allowing me to use TransPak pretty readily. They specialize in providing unique packaging services for individuals and companies. My company has been a client of TransPak for just under 1 year and they stand apart from some of the other larger packaging/delivery services. I use this company to shipping our supplies to our clients across the country. Some shipments require special care and packaging all of which TransPak has been able to provide. Their website is user friendly and allows my company to access the ordering online which saves time. the only downside is they are more expensive than other larger companies but their customer service, packaging/crating services more than makes up for it. great company to work with.

My company contracts with TransPak to purchase packaging material for our consumer products. Our products require special handling and with TransPak wide selection we are always able to find the right products for our needs. I have had multiple opportunities to interact with their customer service department and I can say they have always been great. They are highly knowledgeable and always have worked to get me the right products without trying to up sell me to something I don't need. I would highly recommend trying TransPak for your shipping needs.

We used TranPak to ship our balloon forming machines to our new facility which was a 100 miles away. They crated the equipment very well; it arrived at the new facility quickly and undamaged. They are very professional and even came out ahead of time to look at the equipment to make sure they would have all the crating materials they needed. Customer service followed up with us a few days later to make sure that the machine was working properly and that we were satisfied.

We contracted Transpak as a domestic logistics solution to crate and ship some of our Telecommunication servers across country. They were able to take our specifications and design & manufacture custom crates that would ensure our equipment could be crated and shipped reliably from one point to the next -- it was great as we had no damage. They have a great shipping services, reliability & dependable, customer service and great rates. Transpak is a quality vendor.

Our firm sources TransPak to purchase packaging material and once in a while as a courier to deliver our medical devices. As our products are oftentimes very delicate, the wide selection of packaging at TransPak allows us to ensure safe and efficient delivery to our clients. This vendor has been wonderful and a great logistics partner. We are pleased with their shipping services, reliability and rates. They are a vendor that we can recommend to anyone!

We also utilized heir customized pallet solutions as we needed a few custom pieces to transport heavy equipment. They got the job done at a fair price and within the stated timeline. Accurate quotes, realistic lead time and a great customer experience make Transpak a quality vendor.

After our usual vendor did not have the large scale crating needed for a project, we reached out to Transpak who were very helpful to get us what we needed. The product was great, they seem to be good for other logistics and storage, although distance prevents us from using their other offers. Overall satisfied with our experience.

We use Transpak to ship large items domestically. They have been wonderful and a great logistics solution. We are pleased with their shipping services, reliability and rates. We had them design a crate around one of our devices. They came into our office and took the measurements and requirements we specified. They turned around a prototype crate very quickly and we were very happy with what we received. Local to bay area (California).
