The upside to that is that their service team has been very responsive to fixing them as soon as problems occur. Their pricing is very competitive which is another reason we will continue to order from them. Overall we were decently satisfied.

They produce fast and highly tailored results which are great when we need to meet order deadlines. The customer service was top notch. The only downside is that because they specialize in rush work, the result is not of the highest quality and they charge a premium for the speed. Overall decent vendor when pressed to hit deadlines.

The end coating results looked great on our devices. We felt in touch throughout the entire process. They had excellent customer service. Only major issue is that this level of tailoring is not cheap and lead times can be long. However, we'll continue to work with them.

My start up uses Tegra Medical for their wide selection of services for medical device assembly and manufacturing. We have contacted Tegra on multiple occasions for specific projects on our prototype. Tegra was great in terms of customization of our unique specs. Customer service was top notch and communicative throughout so there were few assembly issues. Accurate quotes, timelines and realistic turnaround estimates were consistently given. Delivered a quality prototype, however you do need to pay up for this level of customization and quality. Overall good vendor but definitely not cheap.
