We really like doing business with Delta Pacific products. We mainly rely on their injection molding services for our dialysis units. Delta is definetly has the reputation for being a leader in producing high quality and complex plastic parts for many medical devices and equipment. Which is one of the main reasons why we do business with them. As a medical device manufacturer we are held to really strict FDA guidelines so it's imperative that we use high quality components that fit within the FDA guidelines for our sake as well as the patients.

Strengths: Delta Pacific Prod. is great they are definetly the leader and the go to place for all your medical plastic part needs for your builds.

Needs to improve: Sometimes due to our large volume orders delivery of those parts may be delayed which can be a problem when in a pinch and quick turn around is a must.

We always get what we ask for. Even though we have never had to send something back, I imagine with the integrity this company has, we would not have a problem. We have been able to make changes on the fly and still not slow up the process. They always come through for us.

Strengths: Reliable company with high quality finished products. We contract injection molding parts we use on our fire pumpers. They have always met our deadlines, have been super easy to deal with and provide us with the parts we need. They meet our delivery deadlines and the parts are fully within spec.

Needs to improve: None, a leader in the field

My experience with Delta Pacific has been second to none. Richard and the team have pulled off some near miracles of mold design AND have done it on a very tight schedule. All that, and the prices that they charge are very reasonable. I have used Delta for multiple handle assembly components, as well as catheter tips and luers and they have all been perfect.

Strengths: Able to deliver complicated injection molds with very short lead times and a modest price.

Delta Pacific Products has been one of the better companies that we have worked with over the past. They have done plenty of plastic injection molding for us. We have always been very pleased with there services. They provide a wide range of custom plastic products. There customer service is very knowledgeable and kind. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Delta Pacific is just awesome. If they tell you 5 weeks it will be done in 5 weeks or less. Every molding project we've sent them has been done on time or ahead of schedule, and these were aggressive timelines not padded. The quality of the parts has always been top notch and their prices are competitive. I wish more my vendors were like Delta Pacific.

Delta Pacific alway comes though. We made the mistake of using a vendor with alternative molding process as they claimed a 3 week delivery vs Delta's 6 wk. The other vendor took 3 months and Delta Pacific ended up getting job done in 5 wks. We should have used them from the start.

Delta Pacific is our certify vendor for our catheter molded Tip. Delta Pacific did a nice jobs of molding a tiny Pebax catheter tip for our assembly. They have great customer service and all the support engineer are knowledgeable their molding service. We were working with them to get the molded tip through FAI and after we never have any issue reorder for production quantity.

There are many injection molding places, but delta pacific is a notch above the rest because of their accurate lead times. They aren't the quickest, but at least they are reliable and you can count on them to deliver components as quoted, which is imperative for manufacturing planning.

Delta Pacific is just about the Perfect Vendor. High Quality Parts, Competitive Pricing, Fast Delivery. If they tell you 6 weeks it will be 6 weeks and possibly less. True to their word. Overall a great vendor. Save my butt a number of times. Now I just go to them first and save the headache.

I have had such a great experience with Delta that I go nowhere else now. After getting jerked around and ending up with inferior tooling, Delta has been a huge relief. They are able to help me iterate my part design, then fab the tool and deliver parts in record time.

Worked with them to over-mold several catheters and insert mold introducers with very tight tolerances and zero flash.
