DHL

We use DHL a long with a few other shipping couriers. They are always on time with pick ups and very reliable. Prices are fair and we have never had any issues.

Strengths: Reliability, speed, customer service, shipping

Needs to improve: None that I can think of .

We currently use DHL for some of our shipping needs. The drivers are always professional and polite. Packages always arrive in good shape and are rarely late.

Needs to improve: Sometimes packages don't get delivered on time . That's their only weakness

Service is on par with the major carriers. From my experience, DHL is reliable and offers competitive rates when compared to the other carriers

DHL customer service keeps us coming back. Sometimes the major shipping companies are swamped and we need to outsource some of our deliveries. DHL is consistently on time and truly reliable.

They don't seem to have as many trucks as FedEx and UPS, but I have not had any shipment issues the couple times I've used them to send documents.

I rather use DHL in comparison to Fex Ex, USPS and UPS. I find DHL in my line of work to be more dependable.

Some of my shipment, I use DHL their not as big like Fedex and UPS but you can always rely on their service and it cheaper compare the two mention above.

I've used DHL in my past job in the mailroom. Easy to use software. Reliable on time to pick up and deliver packages.

Dhl is very dependable and rilable. My company uses their services for shipping and recieving products. They are also very customer friendly.

compared to FedEx and UPS they are not that big, but the service is just the same. they always show up on time and drivers are nice and friendly.

So far I did not have experience with DHL when it comes to international shipment. They are dependable and on time.
