First off want to mention how great it was to work with Lin. This was the first time I have ever made a video and one of the first marketing materials we made for the company so we didn't have our messaging perfect. Lin helped us through every step making sure to meet in person to help with the process. I would actually have to say the process was enjoyable when I wasn't apologizing for our own indecisiveness.

After answering some interview questions and a meeting with Lin, the initial script was crafted. This was rough and not really getting our messaging right. It wasn't Digitalmunch's fault but ours for not really knowing what the key points we wanted to make. Lin helped us with this as well by asking some more questions and really getting down to the key points we wanted to have in the video.

Storyboards were detailed enough to know what the video would be like and allowed us to make changes to fit what we were looking for. They were very creative and really captured our company's messaging and culture.

The final video was beyond our expectations and we continue to use it as our quick what we do intro. I was nervous going in not knowing what the final product would be like or if the video would only be useful for a very short period of time. This was unfounded and we absolutely love the video that was produced.

Her personality made it fun to work with. Relaxed meetings and phone calls. Nothing was ever an issue and her and her team always accommodated our requests and she answered all of my newbie questions on the process and what to expect.

A quick note. Listen to Lin. Make sure your script and storyboards are exactly what you want before going to video production. We did this and everything was so smooth.

Strengths: Great people to work with. Very detail oriented which is great from a creative company. Lin as their leader really makes sure things get done. They have great resources and network for voice over and other help as well.

Needs to improve: None that I can think of. Exceeded all of my expectations.
