Ordered computer and some additional components. The components worked separately but when connected to the system they failed to power up. Customer service and engineering team was very unresponisve.
Strengths: Dtx offers a variatey of custom and off the shelf computer products.
Needs to improve: Very poor customer service. Long lead times and unresponsive staff.
