Duke Extrusion

I have an issue before with Duke, I had call the customer service line and no wait and no automatic robot telling me to push a hundred buttons to talk to a real person. Very easy to get help and very knowledgable employees working at that company. Very happy.

Strengths: We are very happy with the results of Duke, very friendly company. Have had no problem what so ever in the past. Great product and very high quality. I would recommend Duke Extrusion to any professional or even a beginner.

Needs to improve: I have not yet found a weakness with this company, and I am a very hard reviewer.

My business has been ordering Spectra Flex tubing kits from Duke Extrusion for years now and have never had a problem. We often order in bulk and their customer care is right over the phone wanting to help us make our transaction with ease. They have always provided us with the highest quality products. With how fair there pricing is it would be hard to us to go through another company.

Duke has been willing to take on jobs others were runnging from. They have been successfull at prototyping and transfering many of these extrusions to production.

Strengths: Duke has been very helpful in quicly prototyping complex braided, mult-lumen extrusions allowing me to demonstrate feasibity and progress with development activities.

Needs to improve: While Duke is very capable, they utilize labor intensive methods for creating braided, multi-lumen extrusions. This way of working comes at an additonal cost which you pay for in price and occasionaly quality.

We were generally happy with our experience with Duke Extrusion. They gave us a customized product and helped us install it as well. They were easy to work with and everytime happened on time.

Strengths: They are good at customizing their product to your needs. They were on time and easy to communicate with over phone and email.

Needs to improve: Great product but the installation could have gone smoother.

We use Duke for our precision welding needs. They always deliver a quality product with exceptional customer service. They are always quick to provide quotes with realistic lead times. Wide selection of solutions at competitive pricing. Their custom tooling is a leader among competitors and we'll be using them again.

Strengths: very speedy and responsive when trying to contact the department you are looking for. They email back in a prompt professional matter to resolve or help with anything

We;ve Duke in the past for custom extrusion work. They have been pretty reliable on average. There have been some quality issues from time to time but they resolved the issue in a timely manner.
