Dymax makes good adhesives. Their Light cured adhesive can be nice as you can get an instant bond with a xeon flash. Have experienced batch to batch consistency issues in the past that I have not experienced with competitors.

They carry several grades of medical adhesives. They have some soft durometer adhesives that are ideal for bonding soft catheter shafts and don't crack under bending, but flex instead.

The Dymax UV curing systems I have used were simple, but effective and met our needs for prototyping and pilot manufacturing. For full scale manufacturing, it may be worth spending a bit more to gain some of the additional process controls.

Dymax equipment has very few process controls, so it’s best at the prototype stage. The time it takes to add in process controls and to validate the system warrants an upgrade in equipment if you can afford it.
