Customer service was friendly and flexible and provided a replacement unit when under warranty without any hassles.

Strengths: We use several DYMO label machines in our back office--primarily to catalog our physical inventory. The machines are incredibly easy to set up and use and the only consumable items are the labels themselves--as they work using thermal technology and are not ink / toner based. As for the labels? DYMO offers a wide array that more than meets all of our needs.

Needs to improve: If you are unfortunate enough to jam the machine and if the backing of the label is pulled off, exposing the adhesive, it results in a machine that cannot be repaired. Customer service was great in sending out a replacement unit...but precious time is lost in the meantime.

We decided to go with DYMO products for our legal department. Even in our digital age there still exists a strong demand for custom printing on a desktop level. Our entire law department, across five locations, are all equipped with DYMO products. We have a unique situation where we need their printers to function through a Virtual Machine environment and they were able to provide ample support to make it happen. Thank goodness because our legal department can be very needy and demanding.

Strengths: Excellent devices that are able to perform a wide range of printing and labeling functions. Technical support is also very strong since we need compatibility through a virtual environment.

Needs to improve: None thus far

Strengths: We have several DYMO computer controlled label makers, both the old school press type hand held and the computer controlled versions. They make great labels, easy to use and high quality labels. We use them to code our firearms, reports and generate mailing labels. The printers are very cost effective and interface well with our evidence labeling systems. Really easy to use system. Well worth the investement

Needs to improve: We find their supplies are proprietary and have a significant cost. The system is quite efficient and we do not wast a significant amount of blanks.

We purchased some DYMO labeling devices for quick and easy labeling needs in our department. With the use of their readily available labeling software and the device's capability to connect thru USB, we were able to create custom labels that suit our needs.

Strengths: quick and easy labeling tool, wide selections and varying features, pc-connected models with useful labeling software.

Needs to improve: none
