Definitely one of the most reliable and not too expensive products to purchase for my stores, i even have my corporate manager making orders through them now who just recently switched from apple because of the over pricing apple has and not so great customer service.. Logitech company has always been on top of their customer issues and strive to please the customers as best as they can.. Reasonable prices at a very competitive cost, extremely reliable and wouldn't ask for better customer service.. Now a days it's hard for my company to find all that in one it's usually one or the other. great product but with not the greatest customer service.

Strengths: They have one of the easiest set up wireless product for laptops and desk tops, very user friendly and isn't complicated to set up or use at all for not so tech savvy people like myself. My most commonly purchased item would be their wireless mouses and keyboards that i ordered and installed at each of my outlet stores across the united states. Very reasonable prices and extremely reliable product that i've used for my businesses for the past 6 years and counting!

Needs to improve: i honestly haven't had too many big issues with them for the past few years ive been doing business with them besides once in awhile they'll mess up on an order but they're great at reimbursing for the troubles and delays.. as in they'd either refund my shipping costs or give some time of a coupon on my next order!

On the peripheral end satisfaction is high. Keyboards and mice have been exceptional. We run all of our video conferencing with the c910 web camera which is still great even if not the latest and greatest. Still also love the Z906 speaker system as well.. These are products that are used all day every day.. It's important the keyboards click the right way, the mice feel the right way. I've never had to deal with support or customer service regarding any of these items. Only with the cameras, which was covered in the last section. I have had to return one camera, which Logitech finally agreed to do after 2 wasteful hours of troubleshooting.

Strengths: Logitech makes a vast array of solid peripherals. I have personally deployed a number of products including keyboards, mice, ipad cases, security cameras, webcams, and speaker systems.

Needs to improve: Sometimes convenience comes at the sacrifice of quality. One product in particular is the alert security system. It is a convenient system that has integrated software, mobile apps, and computerless viewing at no additional cost. The additional cost comes in the price of the camera that is anywhere between 229-279 and has a poor resolution (960x720). There are cameras out there half the price with double the resolution and superior night visibility.

Logitech keyboards were delivered 3 months ago and although the speed of the delivery was very good the design and innovation the the keyboards seems to be lacking. Keys were hard to press, shortcuts seemed out of place and the ergonomics are really lacking.

Needs to improve: Products seem to be lacking in innovation and design.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Logitech. If we were missing a usb bluetooth dongle, customer support was able to accommodate our request in a timely manner. The wireless keyboard/mouse combination has been a favorite for our conference rooms.

Strengths: Logitech devices are some of the most trusted brands we have at work. Our company has purchased several devices from logitech such as their wireless mouse/keyboards, speaker systems, and webcams. These are some of the best types of hardware we've ever purchased. Prices are fair and their packaging is quite nice.

Needs to improve: Pricing of such logitech devices can be on the higher scale but otherwise most of which are fair.

In our firm where computer is the main equipment use by all of our staffs, using the products of Logitech Inc is of great help to us. The keyboards and mouse are very conducive to use. The designs are great. Doing a video conference with our clients abroad using their web cam and speaker is not a problem unlike the previous product that we've been using before. And their customer service is very helpful.

Strengths: good quality, great designs of wireless keyboards and mouse, reliable and very helpful and conducive to use. Good customer service!

Needs to improve: none

I've used a wide range of wireless keyboards and mice from Logitech and for the most part, they get the job done. On occasion though, you can get a dud and in which case, hopefully the store you bought it from is willing to exchange it free of cost (amazon is great for that). They offer a wide range of products that fit most budgets--from $10 to $100+. Some are obviously better than others, just have to find your type.

No issues with warranty replacements. Quick and simple.

Strengths: We use their wireless keyboard and mouse bundles for all of our work stations:
- Setup time is minimal. Plug and play and quick / easy software installation.
- The RF wireless tech is great.
- Ergonomics are spot on and battery life is phenomenal.
- Some sets have lasted easily several years, which is saying something in today's age of peripheral replacement cycles.

Needs to improve: - For power users, labels on keys wear away after about a year or two. - The absence of the dedicated "right click" key is troublesome.

We have purchased Speakers and Computer Mouses through Logitech. They work great and perform the job perfectly. Logitech also has great customer service and makes the purchasing of the computers easier than saying "computers." The only negative things that I have came to notice is a lack of speed in your order processing occasionally and the occasional lack of stock of a item. Lastly their computers come at a great price and I highly recommend them.

My office has always used Logitech surround sound for any of our presentations! The quality has always sounded very high end for the price! The customer service has always been great and they know their products very well! Any question I have ever had they known the answer to! I recommend Logitech products to anyone who is looking for a great high end product in the field of speakers!

My company uses computer mouses from logitech and they are very easy to handle. Small in size so they fit in your palm perfectly. They never freeze up when in use wich makes them very reliable. Highly recomended!

We have purchased computer peripherals such as computer mouses, speakers, or keyboards through Logitech via large custom orders. They have excellent customer service and make the processing of your order very fast, streamlined, and easy. They can additionally make any size order such as 10 speakers to 1 speakers. They additionally have a great selection and I highly recommend them, as they make us want to come back over and over again.

I use their keyboard and mouses in our company department. Very user friendly computer equipment. It responds faster whenever I am using it to take account of any materials and parts using microsoft excel in our computer in my department. So far, so good. No issues. Cheap and affordable price.

Logitech has helped me personally by making a wireless mouse that is very comfortable for my hand, since I have a weakened bone in my hand from being broken. This mouse has made my work much easier and I will stick by this brand.

Needs to improve: Sometimes it seems that Logitech products are cheaply assembled. They aren't that durable and don't really survive a fall off of a desk.

Almost all computer keyboard, mouse peripherals we provide for our computer systems are from logitech. they make very high quality products that feel good to your hand and have a quality feel. The accompanying software could be simplified and streamlined as many are bloated and unnecessarily large in size. Otherwise, there are no comparable products for us.

Called customer service/support several times over a 4 year span. They had to send a new remote system. Not very pleased in the long run. Difficult, time consuming to update.

Strengths: Customer service listened to my problems and offered assistance.

Needs to improve: The Harmony remotes are not so good. Delicate. Static-sensitive. Updates don't update the info on the remotes, i.e. correct year, etc.

Great products!

Strengths: Their products provide more options than the major brand name computer companies (Dell is what we go through). I personally ordered a Logitech mouse and keyboard because I wasn't satisfied with my standard Dell mouse and keyboard at work.

Needs to improve: Price, of course. For companies like mine, its more of a luxury to order from Logitech (Dell and HP provide same equipment as a standard, but lower quality).

I have used many logitech products from keyboards and mice (mouses, not sure what the plural for a computer mouse is) to more advanced interface tools like 3D mice and keyboards with digital screens. They even have speaker systems. That have all worked really well and interfaced with my computers really easily. Only downside is the price but you pay for quality

Our company utilizes logitech keyboards and mice for all computers in the facility whether it be mac or pc. They are the best ergonomically and have excellent quality. For those that are behind the keyboard for long periods, look at logitech for a solution that will prevent you from getting carpal tunnel syndrome.

We use several illuminated Logitech Keyboards in our lab. These units get a lot of heavy use. Some of the keys on one of the keyboards broke off and could not be reattached. We contacted Logitech and they quickly sent us replacement keys with no questions asked.

Everything was great. I got a working affordable nice printer that arrived really fast. I'd definitely recommend it.

Strengths: Last week our old printer broke so we had to buy a new one. I came to Logitech. I made the right choice. It was affordable and on time. Amazing.
