What seemed to me a very difficult custom order, was a simple and easy order for the employee. They walked me through what they were gonna do to set up my office with out having me rip out my hair. The employees are very well knowledgeable with their product.

Strengths: Eastec is not your average access control company. They work very had with you to get your 100% satisfaction. They do a lot of customer work and can bend things here and there for you. Their products are very simple and clean. I would recommend this to any small business office.

Needs to improve: I have not come down to any weakness for Eastec, and I usually have something to say for every company. Great job.

We use Eastec access control devices at the office. Their system allows for various access levels to control how has access to specific areas of the building. The system makes it very convenient to maintain security at work without impeding employees' ability to get around.
