Eastek provides flexibility and productivity. They bring that personal touch found in typically small business but they bring resources and production found in bigger companies...basically a gerat combination of both worlds. They work with you. The entire team is just great. They helped us making our design more efficient, and there have been basically 0 dppm through them. Even when there may be slight mistakes or hiccups along the way, Eastek definitely knows how to correct and bounce right back. They are just who they say they are and that's all I would ask for. I don't expect perfection or someone saying they can provide that, just work with us in getting the job done and they have proved that time and time again. I would say they need to improve on communication in some small aspects but working with them for years, they have definitely earned our business and then some.
Strengths: Quality control is excellent and steady improving. Great engineering team. Cost-effective.
Needs to improve: Communication could improve in some small areas.
