Edwards Label

In over 40 years doing business and having a near flawless relationship with just about every vendor I am disgusted to say that Edwards Label from the owner John Edwards straight down to his team is a very slimy and gutter level service. They repeatedly screwed up on processing the order. They priced and quoted and repriced the same item with several different prices (at least 4 times). After the order was locked in they gave final billing that was substantially higher than promised. They failed to follow instructions on samples. The only save in this order was the end product was reasonable. Not exceptional but reasonable. But several weeks off schedule, extreme gouging and refusal to work out any solutions... I find this company reprehensible and totally unfit to do business with and seriously recommend EVERYONE to steer clear of this man of very low character and his rude and unprofessional minions.

Our company uses Edwards Label for printing adhesive stickers that go on our product at retail stores. They print high quality stickers in fast quick turnaround. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoy working with them. The staff always ensures we get samples of our sticker prints as well as sending them to our selected delivery destinations in time.

Strengths: Awesome staff. Always meets deadlines.
