we have 3 watermark printers in our pharmacy and we do very heavy duty printing which includes on average 500 pages of prescription labels along with other msc documents. The printers perform well, are quick to respond and the only problem we have come across is these printers tend to have paper jams frequently. In a high vol pharmacy, this is a major issue. Secondly, the printer will indicate a paper jam issue when it is only the bar inside the printer that needs to be cleaned with alcohol.
