we have used Eminess a few times to lease their products for lapping and grinding a prototype surface we needed to have finished. our entire working relationship with their team members has been great. from the beginning, their sales and engineering team took the time to communicate with us to understand our equipment, our constraints, and fulfill our stringent specifications. after reviewing our prototype and needs, their team does make recommendations but if none of their solutions fits your needs, they do customize. once the kinks were settled with our project, they delivered the and the product was high quality. throughout the process, they offered us open communication and counselling. we have had a very pleasant experience with them. the only down side is if you need any customized solutions, it will delay the delivery time. not by much but we the lag did affect our project as we were on a very tight timeline. otherwise, great experience with them and will continue to use
