For over 33 years Farlow's Scientific Glassblowing, Inc. has been supporting catheter manufacturers with our quality glass balloon molds. Our molds, capture tubes and tipping dies provide the user with inexpensive alternatives to current fabrication tooling and equipment. In addition, clear glass tooling permits direct visualization of on-going processing and fabrication.
Glass tooling for tipping catheters and forming catheters have become so popular, tipping machines have been created for exclusive use with the Farlow's glass dies. I purchased several glass heart models from Farlow's. While the order took some time to fill, the quality of the models was amazing. They were also very securely packaged to minimize likelihood of damage.
