We have used Federal Process Corporation for many years and they have been a supplier of adhesives that we utilize on many medical devices that we manufacture in house. They have been very helpful on creating a custom adhesive product that is specific to our needs. They make a quality product and make custom products tailored to your specific needs. Their pricing is very fair. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of and get work very quickly and get the job done in a timely manner. Their customer staff is very knowledgaeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vend

Strengths: We have been using their M7000 for a few years. It has definitely help us in cutting cost, increase production efficiency, and has improve our quality. We use to hand wrap our parts and fittings. We saw a significant change right awayin our parts and fitting process. This was a heaven sent. We were able to reduce 4 to 6 people down to 1 person running the machine. In addtion the Sales / Technical services is excellent. We needed to change a part and while doing so, we found out that a Field Technican was in the same area. The Technician got dispatched that same day and not to drop of the part but he actually helped us replaced the part and did a maintenace on the machine. FREE OF CHARGE! WOW!
