Strengths: We sent out a thread Gage out for calibration and came back from our vendor. After further review of the Certification of Calibration I notice that it was not calibrated to our request ( Pitch Diameter). I called Fox Valley Metrology and was a little frustrated because I was bounce around a few times until I spoke to Cindy who calibrated the Thread Gage. She explained that there was no request to test the Pitch Diameter and that we needed to note it on the purchase order. She was helpful and patient and that made up for the waiting. We were able to send the thread gage back under warrantee and it back in a few days. We were very pleased with how the issue was handled. They were very friendly and great to with.

Needs to improve: Could do a better job directing calls to the right department or person.
