We contracted Grand Ave to streamline our document processing and their electronic management system was a great addition. They helped make our facilities more efficient as they had all the relevant docs pre-formatted and filed. Great customer service was always available in case we had any issues. Quick quotes, accurate access and a solid working product. Will continue our contract.

Strengths: Have used GrandAvenue for couple of years at a medical device company. This electronic doc. control management system was really easy to use and understand. It had all the NCMRs, Protocols, Reports, CAPA built into the system, so really reduce the amount of paperwork.
Needs to improve: 1. In the beginning, I have experienced some issues, but these were norm. 2. Attachments can be a problem if it exceeds certain size limit.
Overall, they are a reliable document management service. We have had no major problems with them and they are very helpful when we call them.
Strengths: Great service for document management. Their team has a lot of experience and overall very professional.
Needs to improve: It took some time to implement and get used to the service. They could have more hands on in helping us get started.
