H & R Block Premium Tax Svc

Overall my experience with H & R Block is ok. I like how many locations there are, that makes it simple and easy to get my taxes done on my time and where its convenient for me. But I do think they charge way to much for tax preparation, especially for the people who have the easy tax return ( no home, not married, no business) The competition out there seems to be a lot cheaper, and offering the same products.

Strengths: -Many convenient locations
-Open till late at night, and on weekends

Needs to improve: H & R Block is very expensive. They charge a lot of money to do your taxes especially given that now a days you can do your taxes for free yourself with Taxact or something similar. They customer service is ok, I have had good experiences and bad ones. It doesn't seem as though every employee of H & R Block is knowledgeable in the same areas, I have found that I have to talk to different Tax preparers to get my questions asked.

Our experience with this vendor H&R Block Premium Tax Svc is fine. I loke the part they had many outlets there that can help me through to get my taxes done fast. This is very helpful and reliable for me and to my co workers. My issue to them is that they are expensive and not that competitive than other because many offers much cheaper and good promos than them. I hope they fix it but for their service it is really great! Try them.

We contract out through H & R Block tax advising services so are employees can be advised in their taxes. We use H&R Block for their greatness at tax advising and filling out your tax forms and getting ready for you to file your taxes. They have excellent consultants who truly want to help you get all the money that you deserve and all the money that you possibly get back in your return. We have never had any problem with their advising, and we thank them greatly for this. I recommend them for tax advisement.

I used H&R Block a couple years ago when I had my own business and owned several real estate properties, so my tax situation was more complicated than the normal filer. The tax professional I worked with was very helpful and got me a great refund. However this is an expensive service, if I did not have a complicated situation, I probably would not use them again.

We purchase tax advising services for all of our employees if they would like. We use H&R Block due to their excellency at tax advising and filling out your tax forms and getting you ready for tax day. They have excellent consultants and try to make it so that you get all the money you could possibly get back. We have never had any form of problem with them, and our employees thank us greatly for their services. I highly recommend them.

We use H&R block to file our company taxes. it's quick, easy and relatively painless. The more time we can save during the historically "stressful" time of year translates to savings for our customers and future collaborators. H&R's customer service is great but can be overwhelmed during the busy season. However, we've been happy with their work and will continue to use going forward. Happy to recommend but not if it increases our turnaround time

We used H&R for our taxes the last several years. We do not have anything complicated but wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. We do not want to risk our business for any tax issues. H&R helped us cover all bases and promptly got our tax filed. They have multiple locations and no hassle to deal with them.

I started using H&R Block since they have a contract with our company to offer discounts for all eligible employees. Good service and since they're a big, known company, they give you the right piece of mind when getting your taxes done. Would definitely go back with or without the discounts.

They are a reliable tax services company. There is always a rep that is available to help you year around. You can trust that your taxes will be correct. However, this all comes at a higher price.

i have used HR block software for personal taxes many times. its a good service/software package that also allows you to leverage and utilize in person help if needed. never had any issues
