Experience has been good. A really nice device for R&D is your looking for a Colorimeter.

Strengths: We purchased a few of their DR 900 Handheld Colorimeter. A really nice hand held device which allows quick and easy access to your most used testing methods. Test data can be easliy transfer if needed. Good battery life which is important for a hand held device. Our battery life last about 6 to 8 months.

Needs to improve: A bit pricey

We use some Hach products for testing purposes. They product a quality colorimeter that is well designed and easy to use. Data is accurate and easily transported. Customer service is great and always available to answer our questions. Their team knows the line will and orders ship quickly. Quality products supported a great buying experience.
