Our firm uses Harbor Fright Tools for a variety of their products. We have found that they are all very high quality and we have come to depend on them. They are the favorite of everyone in the company. Their customer service department is also very knowledgeable in ensuring that our needs will be met with their product. They are fast in their deliver and very dependable.

Needs to improve: The quality of the tools are low, so if you plan on using the tool a lot and for an extended period of time, shop elsewhere.

For a Startup, Harbor Freight Tools is the best. The tools are not of the best quality, but they are good enough to get the job done. They low price allows you to conserve funds but still get the tools need to move your company forward and save money for time you truly need precision tools.

When buying from here, know that you are getting a cheap tool that will work fine for your immediate applications. They are generally priced just above renting a tool, and therefore any secondary uses you get is a bonus. That said, I have some purchases lasting years, but others have broken upon first use.

We decided to try a few of their tools, they aren't so bad but they look like crap and a few have broken. The wholesale price is outstanding, and definitely what a start-up or low volume company needs. We go through tools like toilet paper, so they just didn't cut it.

Harbor Freight is a great place for start-up companies. Those on a limited budget will find plenty of tools and equipment for R&D. We ordered several tool sets and found that some parts were missing when we opened the packaging. Customer service exchanged our tools very promptly with no questions asked.

Unbeatable prices for tools. It was essential being in a small company and needing a tool real quick that I didn't expect to use again. Definitely recommend.

They have tool for really cheap they dont last as long as other tools i have but at the price you pay you cant really complain

Harbor Freight is my go to location for tools when I know I don't have a frequent need. Prices are low enough that it can be cheaper to buy the same tool several times rather than buying the high quality one once.

I bought tools and equipment at Harbor Freight for work. It's cheap and have a wide range of selection. The only down side is those tools are not last long due to the quality of the product. But on the other hand it's great for the price.

I can't even begin to describe how glad I was to find harbor freight! Although the tool probably won't last you for ten years with heavy use, they are a great place to shop for those temporary or one-time use deals where it just isn't practical to buy the heavy duty equipment

We use Harbor Freight when we need cheap tools for those occasions when you do not need to spend a crazy amount of money on, Harbor is a good alternative. The tools are decent and do the job but for the price, they do decent job.

We go to Harbor Freight when we need a certain tool or power tool. They have everything you will ever need. Not much quality but it will do the job a few times!

They have excellent customer service, wide selection of tools though the quality of tools is better with major known brands. Harbor freight tools don't tend to last very long in my opinion after heavy use.

I mostly go there to purchase tools that will only be used once since they aren't of the best quality or reliability. Otherwise, its a great place to buy low cost tools. They also carry larger machining equipment such as mills/lathes.

Good tools for the price. If you need a tool that you will only use once in a while, they are a great place. If you are going to use it everyday you many consider stepping up a level to make sure what you have will last the duration.

Our Facilities uses this costco of tools and equipment for industrial use. The products varies and the quality is always there. The lab purchases the hand tools and power tools. They are reliable for many uses. Battery lasts a long time.
