I have used HeartReady to provide CPR/First Aid instruction and certification for our staff. I have maintained the contract for nearly 5 years and have been very satisfied with their service. They send me reminders when we are approaching our expiration dates and keep records of who needs to be trained. Their training is very relevant and the instructors are very professional and experiences. They are very nice to work with and we have never had a problem with them. Sorry, only SF/Bay Area only. We have also purchased a few AED's for the workplace and were given a very decent price.

Strengths: Onsite CPR and First Aid training at your workplace. High quality staff and all supplies are provided. Very knowledgeable instructors with years of experience. Enjoyable training. Reduced office liability due to a better trained workforce. Consulting services as well to custom tailor a CRP/First Aid response kit for office. Very reasonable pricing structure for both classes and supplies.

Needs to improve: Local only. Because they are very busy, scheduling can be difficult.

Exceptional service, great support, Lori will go out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.

Strengths: HeartyReady is owned and operated by Lori Lopez, an RN and corporate trainer. She contracts with corporate, public and private businesses to provide emergency first aid and CPR training. Lori is a very dynamic and outgoing instructor who really cares for her clients. She is super responsive and extremely pleasant to deal with. She recently assisted with a group buy of Automatic External Defibrillators and the price was cheaper then any competition by 15%. We ended up with over 25 purchases and an approximately $50,000 dollar contract. Lori is super great to deal with.

We had a great experience as Lori made sure all of our participants were well informed and satisfied with the service. Great client interaction and extremely professional. Easy to schedule, prompt turnarounds and overall a very positive and needed experience. Great team and and great services.

We used HeartReady for their medic first aid training courses. They have great training programs that are informative and fun. Their staff is wonderful and it's very easy to schedule courses for large group of people.
