Hertz Rent A Car

My experience with Hertz has been enjoyable because of their customer service representatives being extremely helpful when selecting a car.

Strengths: The strength of Hertz is their large variety of cars to choose from and their reliability.

Needs to improve: The weakness of Hertz is that their prices tend to run high.

I use Hertz often when traveling. They have a wide variety of cars, easy reservation process, easy pick up and drop off process. I really do not have any complaints and I would recomend them.

Strengths: Basic car rental services, many locations including all major airports.

Needs to improve: None

Not that great. I would highly recommend choosing other rental car agency.

Needs to improve: Their electronic system is not great, the invoice generated is incorrect. Their customer service is extremely poor.

I am member of the rewards program and I use them often on travel. The cars are clean and new. The only issue I have is that they sometimes do not have the car I asked for.

My experience was good my rental was clean and had no inconveniences the three weeks I had the vehicle.

Needs to improve: A bit far from certain terminals, I had to walk across the terminal to get to it.

When I rent cars for work, I'll go with Hertz because they are the cream of the crop. Cars are always clean. They have the quick checkout. Good customer service.

I wish they had more lucrative deals. Rented the car for a week. Car was fine, clean. check-in and check-out was swift

Hertz is one of the easier rental car services to use. I especially like how they let me rent a car in San Francisco and return it in Vegas.

Hertz is a good car rental company for when you are out of town on business. You can get a GPS system in the car, so you don't get lost!

Paying the extra for Gold status makes sense if you frequently travel

Our company have an open account with Hertz and it's pretty convenience to book the rental car as we travel. They have great customer service and great discount when booking.
