We've used their software in the passed for our computer setups in the lab, they were ok but we found ourselves having to troubleshoot way too much. although they did have excellent customer service who helped us troubleshoot everything and was very good at it we decided to move on from the company.

we used to use their computer software setup in the facility but had way too many problems with the software and reliability and just had to move on to another vendor. the pricing is great but the reliability just isn't there.

Ipswitch provides my company with geat affordable and reliable software. Sometimes their shipments arrive a little late but all and all a good provider.

Strengths: Great safe and repiable software at an affordable price.
