Klein Tools Inc has an extremely wide selection of power tools that we use on our assembly line on a daily basis. their tools have proven to be some of the most reliable that we have purchased up to date. their tools have yet to break down on us and have been very efficient to work with. the pricing of their tools is reasonable and shipments are always on time as well.

we have been using Med Lab Supply as a secondary source supplier of syringes and plastic tubing. their customer care is very good and is very helpful as well. their syringes and plastic tubing is some of the best quality that we have used. being that the distance between us, you would think shipping would be a hassle but it is definitely 100% reliable and all of our shipments from them have been on time.

we order many of our Electro Static Discharge equipment from 3M on a regular basis. we keep their wrist straps and cords available to all employees inside of our fastenol vending machines. their ESD equipment is very reliable and we depend on them to keep our dialysis machines static free during our production process on a daily basis. their pricing is fair and shipments are always on time.

we use Grainger as one of our second party vendors for ordering hand tools and other lab equipment. they have a wide selection of hand tools and other lab equipment in stock on a regular basis. we usually use Grainger when we are in need of lab equipment and its the very last minute. we have placed countless over night orders for lab equipment and hand tools with them over the years and all of their shipment are always on time which makes them a very dependable vendor to us. their price range is fair and shipments are always on time as well.

we have been using shred it's paper shredding services for a few years now and they are extremely convenient with pickups. we have a few of their shredding bins around our production departments and they come in once a week to pick up and haul off all of our unwanted paperwork. their reps are very friendly and work very efficiently they're in and out before you even know they are in the building.

we use their circuit board testers on a daily basis to test and calibrate our circuit boards in the production department. their circuit boards tester are very reliable and extremely accurate with every single job. their testing equipment has never let us down and is always dependable for every calibration job on a daily basis. the price range on these circuit boards testers can get high but if you want quality you have to pay a quality price.

we have used sharp printers in the past to print out our documents and bill of material plans but these printers always seemed to have issues if it wasn't jamming issues then it was then it was start up issues or some other issue with them. they are some of the most unreliable printer that we ever had in the department and we got rid of them.

we have been purchasing Adhesives from Henkel for years now and have always admired them for their extremely high quality adhesives that we apply into our dialysis pumps on a daily basis. their adhesives acts as glue for our balloons valves, rubber door padding, and mushroom heads for our motors. the adhesive glue is fast acting and lasts very long. their price range is the best and shipments are always on time.

we have been using dirt devils hand held vacuums for the clean up of our department for years and they always the job with ease. the attachments and adjustments on the vacuums make them very convenient to get into hard to reach and small places to get every single inch of your work station cleaned up no matter what the size. they are also very easy to store away given their small size and light weight. the price range of these vacuums are also fair and they shipped them to us overnight as ordered with no hassle.

A couple of years back I was seeking new employment and a friend of my recommended BBSI out of Walnut Creek California for temporary job placement. I gave them a call and faxed them my resume the same night and got a call back to days later for an interview and potential job offer. we have been using Druck inc's pressure meters for our repair stations and production lines to calibrate and test our dialysis machines on a daily basis and they always do the job with ease. they are very accurate when measuring pressure and how much mbars of pressure are being output by our dialysis pumps. they are very reliable and sold for an affordable cost.

we use their dry erase boards and pens all over my department for keeping track of machines that have fallen out and how many machines have passed for the day. the dry erase boards are very reliable to us and our company and are very conveniently placed anywhere with its two sided sticky strips on the back of them which allows us to hang them anywhere.

we have four of their VLM storage machines around our department for use of storing our dialysis machines in need of repairs, extra machines for our production line, parts, and documentation. the VLM is easy to access and use as well. it can easily be turned on and off as well. the price range of these machines will cost you a pretty penny but is worth every single penny.
