We have been working with JH Technologies for years and they have been providing microscopes for us to do visual inspection of stents. They provided the equipment and helped us calibrate it in house. The included software they use for their equipment is also very easy to use and configure. Their customer staff is easy to get a hold of and get work very quickly and get the job done in a timely manner. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get to work with. I have no issues recommending them for others to use. They are great to work with and we will continue to use them as a vend

JH Technologies is a distributor for a variety of microscope and imaging manufacturers, including Leica and Navitar. What sets JHT apart is their ability to allow customers like me to try out the product before purchasing. They have a showroom with various equipment set up and Shawn, our rep, encouraged us to bring our actual parts for a test run to ensure that we’d be happy with our purchase. We purchased a Navitar system and he offered to show us some advanced imaging techniques to optimize picture quality, so that we get the most use out of the equipment.

We have used their services in the past for our microscope repair and I believe we also used them for our yearly calibration of our scopes. Since they are a local company they are a great convenience to us and any other companies that use their services. They always send out a good tech who can service your equipment in house which is good so that their really isn't a wait. Always satisfied with their services.

JH has provided high quality microscopes and video equipment. They carry the name brands such as Leica and Meiji. They are very knowledgeable with the equipment they sell and can also provide customer service on items that need repair. The company facility has a showroom that customers can go to and evaluate the equipment prior to making a purchase. Our sales rep Sean was extremely helpful and provided training in our lab help us get familiar with our equipment purchase. Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Sales rep was very friendly and didn't hesitate to offer a tour of the showroom where you can try out the equipment first.

I didn't end up buying from them because the new equipment pricing was too much for our small start up (bought used equipment instead), but they are a great resource nonetheless.

Strengths: They have a very large showroom with the different imaging and microscopy equipment, so you can try out the product before buying. They also service and repair equipment.

JH has provided all our microscopes for our facilities, mainly because of the excellent companies they are distributors for (Leica, Meiji), and their competitive pricing. Their customer service is excellent, providing quick turnarounds for any repairs needed for our microscope, and since they are local, can perform on-site visits for repair and even microscope training.
Their staff is knowledgeable and were able to provide us with microscopes that fit our needs perfectly.
Highly recommend using them as your one-stop shop for microscopes.

We have made several purchases from JH Technoligies throughput the years. They have always come through for us with equipment as well as customer support. Their staff is always willing to provide support whenever needed

Customer support is more than adequate and their showroom allows you to get hands on experience with equipment before making a purchase.

We bought three visual/measurement system for them mainly for visual inspections and taking pictures. They system allow us taking high mag pictures and the same time can get quick measurement. We use it in daily basis and it is easy to use once we figure it out how to. Friendly customer service is always helpful when we need help with finding things out.

We currently use them for all our microscope repairs and calibration. They always send a professional service tech out to you if your in need if a quick turnaround.

Used JH at numerous jobs for the purchase of dozens of microscopes, eyepieces and lighting equipment for an assembly requirement. JH moved us to another manufacturer which saved us a lot of money

Needs to improve: Although they respond very quickly to requests for loaners, the lead times are sometimes long on certain optical lighting parts

We reached out to JH as they were referred to us as having a great selection of scope offerings. We contracted JH to calibrate our scopes and couldn't be happier. They were professional, prompt and their knowledgeable team kept us informed and updated throughout. Good customer service, very convenient and quick turnaround. Will continue to contract.

We purchased microscopes and UV curing stations for JH to set up a manufacturing cleanroom. They helped us to select the appropriate equipment, and even provided a few units on loan so we could try them out. Good service and good equipment.

We got two high quality inspection and measurement scopes system. Easy to use. Sales came in to help setting up and offer informative information how to. Although it is very expensive, it is worth it.

Our rework department has 4-5 of their microscopes that they use on the daily basis. If/when there are any issues, JH responds promptly and fixes the problem as soon as possible. A great local company for microscope services
