I've used K-tube in the past for various prototyping needs. They offer a wide selection of hypo tubes and also do custom runs. Hypotubes are of good quality but custom parts can be expensive. Plenty of suppliers in this industry so pricing has to be more competitive.

K-tbing has some of the best quality plastic tubing around. we use the tubing for prototypes and stress tests on a daily basis in the lab and also on our production lines. their tubing is very durable and has passed all of our stress tests as well.

I use K Tube often for off the shelf metal tubing for making small tool or jigs. I tried them once for custom tubing and was not impressed. They are great at what they do. If you need custom parts try elsewhere.
