Our experience has been mostly high quality employees and a few that have been converted to FTE. There has been small challenges associated working with a large organization, but with enough pushing, they have always responded in due time.

Strengths: When told criteria of needed employee skills, they do a great job of finding the right applicants. The are low cost compared to other services and has good customer service.

Needs to improve: Getting the group on the phone can be a challenge. When an employee doesn't work out, it can be difficult to have them be responsive to the issues. But overall, when you do get them on the phone, they are very responsive.

Kelly services was my agency from my work before. I submitted my resume wednesday through online then 2 days after, they called me and told me that they have a job for me. My recruiter from this agency was friendly and detailed. She answered all my concerns about my job. On the contrary, their location was far from my place but it wasn't really an issue. I still recommend this agency to anyone.

Strengths: Good recruiters, friendly staffs, helpful agency and easy to contact.

Needs to improve: Their location is far from my previous work.

Overall satisfactory, minor tolerable issues however their ability to deliver quality staff supersedes all aspects of their performance

Strengths: Fast turn around when I need to fill in a position, always delivers a fairly well qualified candidate for the position and close follow up and careful screening

Needs to improve: slight miscommunication with their staff, and certain times they are not on the same page which is totally understandable I am sure they have plenty of applicants to screen and tend to, nevertheless they do deliver quality candidates

I've worked with our local Kelly representative and to fill a position we had. I gave them a list of what we needed in a employee. They came through for us and provided several candidates to choose from. All were qualified. We have been satisfied and will continue to use Kelly whenever we need temporary staffing for our department. The fees are on par with other temp agencies. Good temp agency.

My first job in Med device was though Kelly Technical services. They were very good good at placing me in a good company that I finally got hired at. The company which I used them for was very happy with Kelly and it made it easy to create a 'flexible' workforce.

We use Kelly serivces to fill all of our temp needs. Kelly does an excellent job at prescreening candidates to make sure we get the most qualified people for the job. They also handle all of the HR related issues as well.

Needs to improve: Hourly rate is too high

Our company hires a lot of temporary contractors and turnover, for various reasons, is understandable. Through it all, Kelly Services has consistently provided high quality candidates that has helped our company quite a bit. Some people we've actually hired on permanently. Thank you, Kelly Services.

Kelly services is very professional and has the best interest and intentions for their clients. Either it be sending a employer a new person or getting you a job. I've been on both side of the ball with them and have no complaints.

Kelly does a good job at screen employees before they show up so most of them are pretty good. Their representatives quickly help you find people that fit your immediate needs.
