Service Master Clean

i enjoy using them very much like i said willing to come out on a sunday if a tenant is scheduled to move in on monday. very honest owner willing to clean my apt for free. he's taken me out during lunch hours if he's here. generally this benefits him so he can get feedback about a new worker he just hired. only issue is sometimes new workers slack off here and there and i have to check.

Strengths: The owner is a very honest man. willing to do free work(for my apt) since we use them so often. flexible work schedule willing to come on sunday if need be. rates are very good. willing to come back if the job isn't met with satisfaction, free of charge.

Needs to improve: the workers are a hit or miss sometimes. i have my favorites who i know will do a good job and others i have to check on. new workers every month or 2. most of the actual workers speak very little english. generally know enough if you know a few spanish word along with hand signals.

We use service master clean as our main clean room vendor for clean room services. They provide us with an exceptional quality service and have always done a great quality job cleaning our clean room facility as well as servicing electrical wiring, etc. Their customer service staff is very friendly, easy to work with, and very quick to respond to inquiries. They are very resourceful and helpful over the phone. Their pricing is fair and lead times are quick. They spend extra time on the phone to ensure that all of our questions and concerns have been covered. I have never had any issues with my numerous dealings with them and have no issues recommending them to others. We have been using them for years and they shave always done the same grade A quality job. If you are looking for someone to device your aging clean room, look no further.

we contracted our facility cleanup with this company. we usually do this cleaning 2-3x per year so we have an open contract with them. they do NOt do sterilization jobs that meet the criteria for pharmaceutical grade but are able to do regular sterilization for other business. they do upholstery/carpet cleaning, water damage, and janitorial services which is what we used them for. they sent a team of people during of non operating hours to get the work done in a few hours. they have very flexible scheduling. they are licensed and insured

We contract Service master Clean to service our facilities every month. They are very thorough and make sure they've fully addressed all issues before moving on. The owner is very pleasant and does his part to make sure your happy with the services. Turnaround time is great given the level of detail. Accurate quotes and easy to schedule. Will continue to contract.

Overall they are a reliable cleaning service that work 7 days a week. The service is good for what you pay for. Most of the cleaners do a great job.

We have them come out to clean our medical office.always do a good job and always fast. They come get the job done and go. Nice workers.
