The company also seemed to be well staffed with experts that were able to address the concerns. Kent Landsberg's pricing was very competitive.

Needs to improve: Turnaround time is not a strength of Kent Landsberg. It took longer than expected to receive a prototype of the packaging in question despite the design being relatively simple.

One of the shinning qualities of a good stand out company is customer service. Kent Landsberg for us is one of those companies. Their customer service outshines the rest. They're friendly knowledgeable staff that support and treat their clients like family. They offer a variety of packaging needs for our company. They will custom fit or create boxes for you, optimize packaging, audit packages, help you at every step of the way to get you want you want and need. Awesome team

We use Kent Landsberg on regular basis ,they have many sizes available and they always have what we need it nice when we can depend on a good quality company and they have great sturdy boxes we rely on to transport our various sizes of materials and products that go out .we will continue using them and will refer them to other companies .we know they will not disappoint them.

Contracted with Kent landsberg for many years, we need a lot of supplies for our assembly line and they always have the best products with the best prices! the shipment is always fast and on time with packaging. Never damaged products coming through from Kent lansberg!

We have purchased durable plastic laminant from Kent Landsberg in the past. They are high quality and ideal for documents or small packages. They also specialize in custom boxing for irregular sized items that we have purchased in the past as well. Very friendly staff that is knowledgeable about their products and the shipping industry in general. They go extra mile to ensure a happy customer.

We had a good experience with Kent Landsberg when we purchased our boxes for our storage needs in our facility ,they have many different sizes and they are very sturdy boxes that can hold alot of materials in them .we rely on them for this and are pleased with how well they hold up to heaviness .we will be coming back thanks again.

Strengths: They listen to their customes, we had an issue with a particular box and a representative was in the next day. The issue was resolved quickly. Their prices are competitive and they have supurb in-house expertise.
