Used Keyence Laser Displacement sensors on a difficult to inspect, high speed, disposable medical device manufacturing line. Also use laser micrometers at a current company for R&D work.

We use several of their Lasermike equiment for non-contact measurements. The equipment is high in accuracy and very reliable. Very easy to use a with low mainteneance

I use a Keyence laser distance measurer at work any time we have a construction project, and for me especially comes in handy when judging how much conduit I need for different jobs.

i have been pleased with all the keyence products i've used. mainly their laser mic system has been very useful and capable. their field reps are also very helpful and responsive

Keyence measurement systems are top shelf, but they do cost a lot. Since they are durable, I’d suggest looking for used equipment instead.
