Marriott Hotels & Resorts

When I travel for work, I try to find Marriott Hotels as they tend to be the most consistent in quality and cleanliness. The beds are comfortable and the airport shuttles are timely. They are also great at hosting conferences and work events.

Strengths: Customer service, clean rooms

Needs to improve: A bit pricey

Marriott is the preferred hotel chain in our travel system which works great since they are my preferred choice. They offer fair prices and many extras such as access to business centers, on site restaurants, and many other benefits which make business travel comfortable.

Strengths: Many fairly priced worldwide locations.

Needs to improve: None

I normally stay at Hiltons, but when I can't get a room or there is not a Hilton around I stay at Marriott. They are friendly and easy to work with. Price is reasonable.

Strengths: Lots of hotels around. Good customer service. Decent points program.

Needs to improve: Lots of older hotels.

Marriott Hotels and Resort have great rooms and suites you can choose from when traveling for business and for leisure. Their staffs provide good customer service.

Strengths: Good suites, competetive price, friendly staff, and good concierge service

Needs to improve: Some of the locations need remodeling because they're outdated

I really like Marriott Hotels and Resort and they are my preference when I travel for business or work. They probably nice rooms and good service not to mention their rewards program!

Very affordable rooms. Easy and unstressful payment transactions for rooms. Very good customer service. Highly recommended!

Needs to improve: Room service in fairly slow.

Prefer to stay here during work trips as opposed to the Hilton.
