my pharmacy has an account with MAP for our prescription pads as well as our rx transfer pads. they were able to add our pharmacy label onto the pads and allowed us to create our own design. however they also have pre-made designs for those who do not have a design in mind. We have a monthly account with them that has automatic shipping. However it also allows us to decline the shipment but must be done within 5 working days of shipment date
