We used their technology solution to help manage our clinical studies. They have great customer support and help you with the initial setup and ongoing needs as you start new studies. The software is reliable and we've had no major issues.

Needs to improve: It takes a while for us to set up the system for different studies. They are helpful in getting you set up but still is time consuming process.

Used iMedNet for two clinical trials. We attended training at their offices and designed all forms and logic to meet our and our clinical partners' needs. Very easy to use and simple system, with reasonable pricing and excellent service.

Strengths: Mednet offers hosted electronic data collection systems for life sciences. They market both in-house designed and maintained systems, as well as user-built systems using their platform (iMedNet)

Needs to improve: Seems to have a lot of turnover on the sales side

We contracted Mednet as their clinical trial infrastructure systems make data tracking and management extremely easy. Customer service is great as their expert staff make sure we're comfortable with the platform. Very convenient and reliable tracking protocols. Will continue to use.
