Our company is starting out as a new manufacturer. I called and talked with a guy named Paul L who bragged about 40 years' experience then went on to insult my lack of knowledge about packaging. Paul also seems upset about where I purchased my packaging equipment and mentioned he could have sold it to me instead. He helped me identify what I needed then refused to follow up at all. I emailed and called them several times and was stonewalled. My production has been delayed and I'm left with being insulted and denied service by a very stuck up company.

We used MS Packaging Inc., for thermoformed trays and laminations services. Their external / internal sales team is able to take our drawings along with a device sample to evaluate and come back with accurate quotes and schedules that meet our demands. They can provide different materials for thermoformed trays: PETG, APET, PVC, HDPE, etc... After tooling has been completed they provide a prototype(s) without a cover and one's with a sealed cover, so we can do internal evaluations to ensure their packaging meets specifications. It's like a one stop shop, to ensure all parameters are meet - we will continue to use in the future.

Needs to improve: We are located in Southern California and the response times can be a bit longer then we are used to.

Our firm contracted with MS Packaging Inc. for some of our more custom packaging needs. A few of our products have very unique designs and require some custom packing work and the folks at MS did a great job with our project. Not only do they help propose different solutions that we went over with them, they are able describe the pros and cons of each and let us make the best possible decision for ourselves. Their turnaround times were quick and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely anticipate using this vendor again and would recommend to all!

We have procured MS Packaging a few times for custom packaging needs for a few select clients in Asia. Our regular go-to vendor was unable to produce our client's desired finishes to the packaging and MS Packaging came through. For custom packaging, their pricing was pretty competitive. Their turnaround time was also excellent as they delivered well on time. Bottom line, our client was very happy with finished products and we will continue to use these guys.

MS Packaging has been our one stop shop for a variety of needs. They've helped us from processes such as laminating, thermoforming, casting and die cutting to printing and research. They've had many years of experience in the industry and it shows when partnering with them to find solutions that will work for us. Overall working with them is a great process and their whole team treats their clients as their number one client. Would highly recommend working with them!

They always put customers first and will adjust and fit into whatever our needs were. Their quality of laminations was top notch, cost was very competitive with others. What set them apart for us was their customer service. They valued us and our needs.
