MWS Wire Industries has come to be our one stop shop for our wire sourcing. We used to use many different vendors for our wire needs. When the need came for specialized wiring we sourced that product from MWS wire and were introduced to their wide selection and great service. We were so impressed that we decided to source more of our wiring needs from them. Ordering from from MWS has been a pretty straight forward process. Their prices are reasonable, but since we are able to source most of our wires from one place we save on shipping costs. Overall great experience with this company.

We purchase a specialty wire, the microsquare wire and bare copper wire. These were purchased for our R&D lab for new product development of micro coils for medical device use. The wide selection gives them many options for new material to use in our products.

Needs to improve: The customer service was not knowledgable about the products and options.
We have ordered in bulk copper wires from MWS in the past and have have great results. We prefer copper over aluminum wires for durability and safety issues, and their copper wires are always consistent in quality and very affordable. We are very pleased as they have very friendly and fast customer service.

We ordered fine copper wires from them. Their product is consistence and reliable. I have no big issue with them except they slip the delivery date for a few days. If you talk to the right sale rep, he or she gives you advises what they can what they can't do.

We've ordered miles and miles of coated copper wire from MWS. Our customer service rep has always been responsive to our inquiries and has provided excellent service. Orders are shipped out very quickly. Many wire sizes are stocked so lead times are very short. Consistent quality is the norm with MWS.

They one of several suppliers that I have used for fine wire. They have a good selection of parts and they are easy to order from. The over-the-phone customer service can be lacking and a bit annoying, but they almost always have what I need.

MWS makes great fine wires as small as 55 AWG. I've used their copper insulated wires in a number of medical devices. The consistency of the wire makes it great in the mfg environment. I've also used their "resistance" wire with good results.

Used hundreds of thousands of feet of small gauge alcohol-bondable magnet wire for a non-implantable medical device. Quality and consistency is always very good.
Strengths: Supplies off-the-shelf and custom magnet wire with many different varieties of coatings, including bondable ones.

We used them for manufacturing and also for R&D. They always tried to fill customer needs and we always had a good experience with them.
Strengths: Generous giving out samples. Helpful and friendly customer services. Quick turn around shipments.
Needs to improve: Nothing for now.
