We use nelson laboratories for biocompatibility testing for multiple devices that we manufacture. They are one of the major testing facilities we use up there with toxicon. I would say they are more competitive in pricing then toxicon. Their staff is very well versed in regulatory guidelines and can help you in the situation in that your product does not meet requirements. Very friendly staff and willing to work with you when you are in a bind. Definitely a good group of people that I think any medical device company should look into when looking for biocompatibility testing.

Nelson Laboratory is my number one biocompatibility test laboratory. Yes, there is also Toxikon and WuXiAppTech, but Nelson is my first quote. They genuinely embrace the idea that we’re about saving people’s lives rather than trying to make a buck. I’ve worked with four different associates so far and each one has been consistent and one time in delivering test results. They don’t hesitate to offer advice on how to effectively complete the biocomp testing while using the minimum amount of samples, which is instrumental when you’re on a budget.

I have worked with a number of people at Nelson over a number of years, and found them to be a consistent source of information, advise and competent testing. The team at Nelson has always been motivated to help me complete the required testing in the most expeditious way, while not adding risk by cutting corners. And when testing hasn't turned out favorable, they have helped me to formulate a plan for moving forward. The final reports are usually bare bones, but include all of the relevant info and have been submitted to our regulatory bodies many times.

i have worked with several biocompatibility testing laboratories before, but nelson has consistently risen above the rest when it comes to customer service. their knowledgeable staff is friendly and never hesitant to present the most cost effective method to meet regulatory standards, while still maintaining data integrity. they absolutely do not cut corners or operate in the gray area. additionally, they have been instrumental in putting together an action plan when the test results do not meet standards. their reports have been accepted by the fda and other foreign regulatory bodies.

We have just recently started using Nelson Laboratories and have been very impressed with their work. They are very quick and professional when speaking over the phone. They provide quick service and solid reports that are brief yet straight to the point. We have never had any issues with regulatory affairs with their reports. They are helpful even if you don't meet requirements and will help with suggestions on how to get you through. Definitely recommend them and will continue using them for biocompatbility testing.

We have used Nelson labs for several routine product monitoring tests such as Bioburden, EO residual, DI water sampling, as well as full sterilization a validation and biocompatibility testing. The quality of their work is excellent, as well as their technical support in determining the best sort of testing required to validate any biocomp changes. They do offer expedited services, which has helped complete validations in a timely manner. The quality of their reports are acceptable, having been reviewed by FDA with no issues.

Nelson has run several full ISO10993 biocompatibility test batteries for me. This included test planning (which tests & how many devices) and test reporting. I have been very happy with their service, collaboration and the quality of their work - especially when the test results don't come out the way we expected. Nelson has also inoculated devices for use in sterilization validation, and they were able to meet our tight and constantly changing schedule to keep us on track.

I have used Nelson labs for biocompatibility testing, sterilization validation, and trouble shooting. Their team of experts have provided me with the best service and are able to walk me through every step of the way. They have even sent a team of experts to our facility to help us solve production related problems. They post lab test results online which can be extremely useful and their customer service is the best in the industry.

My start up uses Nelsen, a certified test lab, for our sterilization confirmation. We've had a superb experience and it's always go with Nelson and a few of other competitors. Customer service is
top notch as their team knows the industry well, is in constant communication and very thorough through out the process. Excellent with follow up and turn around time especially since we're a small company. Will definitely use again and happy to refer.

Nelsen is a certified test lab that we contract for our sterilization confirmation. We've had a great experience and it's always down to Nelson and a few of other competitors. Customer service is great as their staff knows the industry well, is in constant communication and very thorough. Great with follow up and turn around time especially since we're a small firm. Will use again and happy to refer.

I am a newer customer with Nelson Labs and have found them to be a pleasure to deal with for biocompatibility testing services per ISO10993 for medical devices. They are technical experts and very knowledgeable. The quote was provided quickly and they informed me when the items were received. They triple confirm testing procedures before execution and are thorough.

Their turnaround times along with helpful staff makes them an ideal vendor. Nelson Labs continues to put customer first and I highly recommend this company as a reliable partner for package testing across industries.

The staff at Nelson Laboratories has been great to work with over the years. We contract them for sterilization testing and validation as sterilization is extremely critical for medical device products manufacturing. They are a go to vendor of ours and plan to continue using them! Great overall and we highly recommend.

Nelson Laboratories has some of the best sterilization equipment that I have ever used. we use their sterilization equipment in the lab to clean up machines after final testing and before packaging and sending away. their shipment have been extremely reliable and packages are always on time.

We used Nelson for all of our Biocompatibility testing. They have provided thorough reports and data collection. Pricing is average and delivery depends on the specific test that they are performing for you. They are an industry leader in my opinion and are one of my go to places for testing services

Nelson Lab is an extraordinary company that has excelled in every aspect. they have wonderful customer service and their staff is very knowledgeable. They don't cut corners and take their work seriously. If something doesn't meet standards they are willing to do all they can to help meet them.

Our quality group has used them on several of my project for sterilization validations. They are very cooperative when it comes to meeting out timelines. The only problem I have had with them was an occasional break down in communication that was cleared up later.

ISO10993 certified test lab. They have helped with test planning, reporting, and support when the FDA asks questions. They helped keep us on track and helped plan based on our shifting timeline. Whether you are a start up or a large company, these guys are amazing vendors.

we keep their sterilization equipment on all of our dialysis machines and work stations on a daily basis and their sterilization equipment is top of the line. their customer service is very good as well all staff on hand are very friendly and helpful.
