Nespresso

We've used nespresso but have had to switch because of the cost. Employees loved the convenience of the one-cup machines, and we decided to give nespresso a try. However, the cost for the coffee pods is prohibitive and not sustainable for us, especially since the employees seem to drink more coffee than normal because of the convenience and flavor. Will be switching back to regular large pot brews, or switching to keurig since generic pods are now available.

Needs to improve: extremely expensive per cup

Our office upgrade coffee machines to Nespresso. Everyone in the office is very happy with the change. We had a competitors product and it was fine but we seem to slightly prefer the Nespresso product. It does cost a little more but not significant enough and considering the better product, we do not mind paying more. We recommend Nespresso for any coffee drinkers.

Don't mess around with Keurig, just buy a Nespresso! I sold Nespresso machines for 4 years and my customers raved about how good the coffee was and how easy the machines were to maintain. Their US representatives are very knowledgable and make it very easy and fast to get coffee delivered overnight!
