The machines supplied did not work properly always needed repair. Very poorly stocked as well

Strengths: Not reliable

Needs to improve: Not reliable, broken machines, rude employees poor customer service would not recommend

We used their machines at two of our locations. Both machines were older, and did not dispense products reliably. Calls to request the machine be restocked were slow to be satisfied, sometimes taking several weeks. Possibly related issue with expired products being found in their machines

Strengths: Large organization, professional call-center to answer calls

Needs to improve: Poor service, old machines, long waits between restocking

We have about 4 Next Gen vending machines at our facility. The dispense cold drinks, hot drinks, microwavable meals and all kinds of junk food. The machines work well but sometimes the dollar payment reader does not work well and will kick back the dollar.

Strengths: eliable refrigerated vending machines, large capacity, The variety of vending products include: Fresh brewed coffee,Ice cold soft drinks,Juices and sports drinks,Energy drinks.Healthy snacks.Branded pastries and chocolates.Hot and cold sandwiches,Soups and hot meals and Ice cream.

Needs to improve: The dollar payment insert does not always work well.

Next generation is a great company because they provide such a wide variety of vending options, making it a one stop place. When I am low on food for the day I always go to the vending machines because the offer great snacks at low pricess. I cant imagine my company using any other vending source.

Strengths: Always on time and they provide a wide variety of snacks.

Needs to improve: Snacks sometimes get damaged in the delivery process, giving us employees damaged products.

They always have good things in their vending mechines when you need a little something on break
