North American Sterilization

this is a contract manufacturer we use for our medical sterilization. they offer consulting services along with QA, regulatory assistance as well. We use NASP for a 5 step process that includes sterilization, manufacturing, packaging, validation, and labeling. this helps to streamline our workflow and minimizes error. they also supply us with a complete documentation package for every product they produce and sterilize for us. In our industry documentation is very important and we usually save files for 10 years so the fact that NASP provides documentation for their work, it is in line with the protocols in our industry

I originally reached out to North American Sterilization due to the fact we were expanding our facilities and needed to source new products for our employees. From the first conversation with their sales team I was very impressed by their wide selection and services. After a demonstration of their tools and capabilities we decided to source a few product to test out in our facilities. They ended up passing our test and after testing other sources as well we decided to go with them. Overall the process was simple, ordering was straight forward and their customer service agents were great. Would highly recommend them.

Our firm sourced North American Sterilization to handle our labeling needs and they really came through for us. They handle their projects both professionally and quickly and simply get the job done. In one of our projects, the manufacturing run was a bit delayed and we really needed a quick turnaround on the final labeling portion and North American Sterilization was able to do it for us. The labels looked great and we were able to get our products out the door in time. Solid vendor, can't wait to use again!

An excellent labeling service provider in the market. They specialize on mass volume and irregular size packaging and devices for labeling. They have always come through for us by completing the job on time, and on budget. Most importantly, the labeling is always flawless and first rate and does help our packaging stand out.
