Nylok Corp

We have been working with Nylok for years and they provide excellent quality nylon fasteners that can withstand high frequency vibrations. We use their parts on automotive panels that are constantly exposed to vibration from drivetrain and they have been working extremely well for us in testing and we have not had any customers complain as well. They have a variety of sizes and purchasing options. Their customer service is friendly and easy to work with. Pricing is very reasonable for the performance and reliability of their products. I highly recommend them as a vendor and will continue to use them for years.

I manage the contract with Nylok Corp to keep self locking fasteners we use to service our fleet of vehicles. They meet or exceed OEM specifications and provide reliable fasteners we can count on staying put. Nylok supplies us with any volume we need and their customer service department is really easy to deal with. They ship the products quickly and on time. We maintain a regular inventory and re-order is easy.

Strengths: Graded and high quality self locking fasteners. Wide selection of all available thread sizes. Small to large volume. Known metallurgy. Engineered specs and reliable torque fastening. Comes in stainless, and coated steel.

Great system and fasteners.

Strengths: We spec nylok fastners and thread coating in high vibration environments where we need a fastener to remain tight, but do not need a castellated system or the complexity of a cotter pin. Nylok brand fasteners give a higher performance then imitation or import knock off nylon lock nuts. They also seem to have a superior coating on the steel nuts which resists corrosion better. Great range of sizes and both metric and SAE threads. From very small to very large sizes. Well engineered.

Needs to improve: Not as cheap as knock off. Of course, knock offs don't perform as well. You get what you pay for.

We recently received our spacers and fasteners we ordered not too long ago , we were surprised we received them on time and even just a bit early ,they came to us just in time since for the first time we running low ,they are a really good item that we need daily they hold up to our machines very well we are happy with them and we will order agin in the future for sure. I've ordered many items from Nylok Corp, mainly bolts and nuts Their bolts and nuts hold under the most extreme measures - temperature and vibration. Nylok Corp. has a great engineering & sales team to answer all question pertaining to; quotes, quality, delivery, samples, runs, etc... And to top that off they are by far one of the most reasonable when it comes to price - very competitive.

Wide selection for spacers, bolts, nuts, screws etc. Nylok staff are friendly to help you to identify the items, sizes you need. We usually received these items for our inventory stock and these are comes with bulk to make sure that our inventory are enough and filled.

Good quality precision machined fasteners for medical devices and other needs areound labs and facilities. This is a relliable vendor with consistent quality on fasteners. The customer service team is very helpful and are always polite.

When vibration is an issue, I've used Nylok patched screws, the liquid and tape solutions. Still testing the effectiveness on smaller sized screws.

Strengths: Huge line of thread locking solutions. Liquid, gel, tape, pre-applied.

Needs to improve: I'd like more information about the specific compatibilities of the adhesives with different materials, including plastics.

We've used Nylok's thread sealants on parts for our test fixtures where we needed the components to stay securely in place when exposed to constant vibrations. Haven't had a part come loose yet during performance testing

I used Nylok screw on a couple different product that used set screws to adjust friction. The screws had to stay in place and they nylok set screw never failed. Great product

Nylok makes a variety of fasteners which are percolated with thread locker for applications in which loosening is a potential issue. I have found them to work quire reliably.
