Have used their EDC services as a sponsor and as a clinical site. Their system is reliable although can be slow. As a sponsor, our EDC administrator was the only reason things didn't fall apart, but when it worked, it worked well.

Needs to improve: Can be complicated system to work with and can take time to fix bugs
