Colorant companies that have supplied Zeus doesn't not have tight controls on their products. Zeus was unaware of the issues, but reacted quickly when the problem was identified. When a problem occurs, they are a good team to collaborate with and will help make sure that the problems are solved.

Strengths: Teflon Materials, a company that is known by the FDA and most companies have worked with this group

They provide great service to the R&D team, and helps support our team all the way down to the track from prototype phase, to clinical product. As the requirements shift world wide, they are knowledgable with helping the team keep in front of the changes. There are a few great companies that have similar services, but definitely have a conversation with this team before making your decisions.

Strengths: Customer service, expertise in the field, work with small companies and small orders

ISO10993 certified test lab. They have helped with test planning, reporting, and support when the FDA asks questions. They helped keep us on track and helped plan based on our shifting timeline. Whether you are a start up or a large company, these guys are amazing vendors.

Strengths: Biological test house that does it all.

Great Payroll for payroll, doesn't matter if your a large company or a small company. Excellent customer service and very reliable service.

We struggled with MPC for months before we had to take our component to another place. The parts that they gave to us were dirty, wrong sizes, and were always late. The promises hurt us more than anything, they would promise a delivery date and then not come through. They would not even let us know that the part wasn't coming and then we would call and email and get nothing from them till a few days later where we would get more promises that weren't kept.

Denise and her team are experts at FEA and the reports that she writes are concise and valuable. Our R&D team relies on her expertise when they designed our product, and then when I receive the report, it was instrumental in getting our approval with the FDA and notified bodies. The lack of questions coming from the FDA about our FEA model is a testament to Denise's work. We would definitely use her again.

Strengths: Quick Turnaround, Quality reports, Hand the data to the FDA and your done.

Judy and her team are nothing but the best. There is no one that has more experience with Class III medical devices. She has also an amazing ability to give you a plan of action and help you execute that plan in an efficient way. If Judy tells you to do something, you do it. Her whole staff is amazing and working with her group is fun and super productive.

Strengths: FDA Expertise, Speed, Collaborative

Personally have worked with the group for Insurance for clinical research. They have done a great job supporting us to acquire insurance worldwide. Our team has been happy with all of their services including the banking services, but I am able to speak to their ability to help with insurance.

Strengths: Full service bank that helps with account and can help with support for insurance as well.

Needs to improve: Busy group

We have used Wilson for many companies. They have supported various aspects of each of the companies I have been with, they are always helpful and with IP can be very beneficial and supportive.

Strengths: Strong IP group, great corporate lawyers, definitely a strong group to support well funded start ups.

Needs to improve: Price

I have used MedNet at two companies over 3 studies. It has been a wonderful experience and really the go to company. Their iMednet solution is perfect for a start up with employees that have experience using EDC systems and have some computer experiences.

Have used their EDC services as a sponsor and as a clinical site. Their system is reliable although can be slow. As a sponsor, our EDC administrator was the only reason things didn't fall apart, but when it worked, it worked well.

Strengths: Good quality system, good customer service

Needs to improve: Can be complicated system to work with and can take time to fix bugs

Responsive, good customer support. prototypes given quickly. Quick turnaround for big orders as well.

We know that it will clear biocompatibility and we will have no problems with the products performance.

Strengths: Adhesives for everything you can ever need it for. Vital for our manufacturing group and well know to the FDA.

A great place to get your devices sterilized and your sterilization validated. Good support and good help for sterilization planning.

Strengths: ETO Sterilization, Gamma Ray, Project Management

BDS's ability to create something out of nothing is uncanny. Developed a delivery catheter, stroke device and many other medical devices with an eye on cost and an eye on manufacturability, and of course both eyes on patient safety. He can lead a project or multiple projects with ease. Also, his ability to keep things fun while working well within a team.

Strengths: Knowledgable , Innovative, Dedicated, Efficient

McMaster is a reliable vendor. The speed and quality have always been exceptional, we just wish they had most stuff.

We have used Corpus as a contract manufacturer. We use their clean room services and have been very happy with their flexibility and the quality of the work they have provided. They have been helpful in rapid prototyping and working with our quality system has been seamless. The convenience of having them in Campbell has been priceless, but their costs have been reasonable.

Strengths: Location in Campbell, quality clean room services, great team to work with and great prototyping.

We have used Specialty's quite a bit for noon lunches. Variable sandwiches, amazing cookies, and always more than enough food. By cutting their sandwiches in half, people are able to get a variety of sandwiches and enjoy their lunches. They can be healthy if you want, or unhealthy if that is your desire. But both options are very tasty.

Strengths: Amazing food, great lunches, and great service for events.

Needs to improve: Can be a little pricy

I want to like them, I really do, but they continue to let me down. As some who travels quite a bit, it is frustrating to live in a location where most of the 1Ks and Global live. Not something I blame them for, but with the acquisition of Continental, it is even less likely to get good service.

Strengths: SFO is a hub so lots of direct flights to all over the US.

Needs to improve: Too numerous to count. Weak customer service, old planes, expensive, continued watering down of frequent flyers like myself. I have been with them for a few years and stuck.
