Our experience with Oracle has been a pleasant one. Their software has been a lifesaver as we have tried several other document revision software. All others don't compare to the all mighty Oracle. Customer/Technical support is extremely strong and knowledgeable. If there was an issue or a question we may have had, they were quick to respond and assist us.

Strengths: Oracle is one of the biggest software companies in the world. We've utilized their document control software for some time now when releasing a product with an instruction manual. Their software is easy to maintain and support is one of it's best strengths.

Needs to improve: Price has to be mentioned when it comes to Oracle products. You will pay a premium when using this software.

We are integrating Oracle's HCM cloud HR software into our system. the application is easy to use and accessible to everyone in our organization. for our HR operations, it has helped us to ensure efficient pay management. the HCM HR application is 100% available on mobile devices. this application is able to manage simple and complex payroll needs so it is suitable for small growing companies our mine or larger organizations. all of the application is in the cloud so it is very innovative. expect nothing less from Oracle.

Strengths: they own the world.

Needs to improve: talk about bloated, inflexible beasts. for the amount of money this company makes, how is it that the software performs like it is 1990? it is simply archaic, ugly and chunky. yuck!

The met all our requirements and produce a quality and stable system. They even added a few changes to the design without additional charge.

Strengths: We signed up with Oracle to create a custom SAP system to tie into our account management. Project manager assigned were very informative and helped get the project complete on time. The results were well received by our staff and the new system was easy to use.

Needs to improve: The renewal service contract is fairly high.

We used Oracle's Agile software for all of our engineering change orders and quality system. Agile is a very robust software package that is user friend and very intuitive. One could track the status of the routing document and see who needed to approve the change order. You could then tell that person if he/she had any issues with the routing document to help move things along.

Strengths: Agile Document Change Order software

We use Oracle's Agile document management software and I can say of all the QMS software I have used, this is by far the easiest and most user friendly software. Everything from reviewing documents to creating document changes and routing for approval is very intuitive.

Needs to improve: Very expensive

We use Oracle AGILE at work to manage and look-up customer BOM's, ECO's, Deviations, and release documents. It is very easy to use and have not had any issues using this software. It's always operational.

Strengths: Great company that offers great software tools. Ease of use. Quality product.

Needs to improve: Possibly cost but we don't have to buy it as it is one of the tools provided to us at work.

We use Oracle DB backend on mostly all in house applications and DB documentation support. They are the biggest name in the industry and as such is widely used. their support is adequate and helpful as they likely deal with a lot of different companies. Can't go wrong, and likely shouldn't go with anything else for DB needs.

We contracted Oracle systems to streamline our fulfillment and distribution. Their service reps were very helpful in helping us with the implementation. They helped train all of my team and were always available to answer questions.

Strengths: Great team of developers. Their product is reliable and delivered on time.

Needs to improve: The product is not as customizable or easy to use as I'd like but overall good.

We contracted Oracle systems to streamline our fulfillment and distribution, account management. Training and service reps were very informative and got us up and running quickly. Their system streamlined our operations so that we could focus on our business development. Easy implementation and our staff loves it. Great product, great service.

Needs to improve: pricing could always be better

Great software! Easy to use, Once you understand the system, you can trouble shot and explore all the option the software has. Our employees use the software on a daily basis.

Strengths: We use Oracle for Inventory control and production starts. Very easy to learn, and have staffing onsite if we come across any issues.

Needs to improve: I don't have any weakness to share regarding Oracle.

Oracle offers powerful product for running your business. They have extended capabilities and probably have everything you need and more. Depending on the size/scale of your business their products might be more than you need in terms of complexity and cost.

I used this software on daily basis for Invntory, shipping and receiving.

Strengths: Oracle 11i is way faster that any other system i've ever use at work. Very details and easy to learn.

Needs to improve: None so far but this company will continue to provide eaverything for the better.

I use oracle 11i at work, very details and lots of functions from accounts payable,inventory and shipping. It will instructed you step by step on every functions its way easier than any software.

Oracle has a great deal of products and services. The are a giant name in almost any industry.

Strengths: Data Management.

Needs to improve: GUI on some products are less than intuitive.

This is a great software but there are other vendors out there just as good
