we have a rep at ormco who is really easy to contact for supplies. He will let us know what is similar and what else is available. He also, lets us know whenever new supplies come out.

Strengths: high quality equipment. they're a big company so you don't have to worry about returns or repairs.

Needs to improve: cost is often an issue with a major supplier.
