OWC has exceptional customer service. I was able to describe what i was looking for over the phone and they were able to look up the part number with ease. i would definitely recommend this site to anyone who is looking for parts for their mac product.

Strengths: Other World Computing is a company that provides a vast array of apple computing products. Some of the products we've purchased were difficult to find at other vendors but OWC had them in stock. Things such as hard drive ssd caddies for mac pros, out of production fans, and cables can all be found here. Prices are fair and shipping is fast.

Our firm sources a lot of our ancillary computing needs through Other World Computing. They carry a lot more of the higher end peripherals that support the computing power that we need for our business. These guys have a massive selection where we are able to take care of pretty much all our computing needs in one place. They have an easy ordering system and also give you status updates regularly. Other World Computing really makes it seamless for us to get our products and move on with our operations. Great vendor!

Other World Computing is like the Apple Store meets Home Depot. They carry very high end computer peripherals but are designed and geared towards manufacturing/industrial companies like ours. They have custom sized displays and high powered electrical equipment that meshes well with our Apple-based design software. We are very pleased a vendor caters to this defined segment!

Strengths: An Apple/Mac dealer primarily geared towards industrial firms. A very defined niche that serves us well!

The parts that has been requested by our staff in our office is quite difficult t find and only the OWC has the stocks. They can provide all we need by simply defining what we are looking for. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and was able to understand all our queries.

A great place for Macintosh Upgrades. Their cheaper prices allow you to purchase a lower end Mac and upgrade it to the top model for less than purchasing it direct from Apple. Another way to safe those startup funds.

Strengths: All things Macintosh. Anything you need to upgrade a Macintosh Computer. Memory, Hard Drive, External Hard Drives, Processors, SSD's. Great Prices.
