Whenever a gas pipes or electrical wiring breaks, we call on PG&E to come out and solve the problem. Once at the sight they quickly find and fix the problem at a price that is relatively accurate to the project and for the most part sticks to the initial quote. The customer service at PG&E is okay, but is nothing special and could be slightly improved. The other problem is the speed at which they come out to projects, which can either be incredibly fast or incredibly slow, so keep in mind that when you are dealing with PG&E, speed can be a wildcard. In conclusion besides the wildcard of speed, and the mediocre customer service PG&E is an okay company great for fixing all of your gas and electric breakdowns.

Needs to improve: Speed, Customer Service (not necessarily a weakness, but is lacking and could be made better)
Whenever we have a burst circuit router or electrical problem in our northern California stores, we go to PG&E to come out to find and fix the problem. PG&E always comes out to your site very fast (at least in my experience) and very quickly finds and fixes the problem with little interruption to your site. Their technicians who come out are friendly and are great and dealing with the project. The customer service when you call about a problem however, is a different story as that is rather low and not very good as they phone customer service people really do not have a clue what they are doing. So in conclusion, besides the low customer service that you find on the phone PG&E is an excellent company.
Strengths: Great at solving Electrical problems, they additionally have great speed.

One time we had a gas leak in my work cafeteria. Due to somebody not turning the knob off the kitchen stove which is really bad. So maintenance had to call somebody there to take care of the leak and so they came in hurry and did their job. Everyone was happy. Nobody got hurt. That's a great thing. ExcellentExc fast and reliable service

had the contra ctors come in and scaling the building a contract and get the power up and running. The whole process was completed faster than I expected Appreciate it
Strengths: They supply power to the business they're strength n quality of supplying energy keep everything functioning n great customer service follows
Needs to improve: response to power outages can be dealt with a little better
Working in an old building, something is always going breaking or malfunctioning. We've called them out twice after smelling gas. The customer service agents on the phone are very calming and reassuring and give detailed safety instructions. It takes a while for the service to arrive, but they do their job well.
