We had to make many configuration changes to the router based on our network expansion. The managed service offering was excellent. They even did some of the work that our IT staff should have done and went above and beyond.

Strengths: We chose Paetec as our ISDN provider. The setup process for getting our 3 remote office connection was seamless. The project management they provided was key.

Needs to improve: Navigating their automated phone menu was somewhat difficult. But once you have a contact of an account manager, you're good.
